This program runs the advanced T.MAP RapiDeep process for Thermanit A-318 Si wire, 1.0 mm diameter, with M12 shielding gas. The manufacturer lists a more stable arc, less heat and fewer weld defects for RapiDeep.
What it is for
A program is a set of synergic curves for one wire, one diameter and one gas: you set wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. The program is meant for stainless and acid-resistant steels.

Which machine can run this program?
Any machine on the list above. TERRA NX 400/500 MSE and URANOS NX 2700 PMC and MTE are not listed for RapiDeep. You buy the program for one specific machine: give its model and serial number with your order. Installation (service visit or manufacturer update) is agreed after the order.
How does RapiDeep differ from ArcDrive?
ArcDrive is standard synergic welding with short and spray arc. RapiDeep is a T.MAP process: per the price list faster welding, better penetration and a more concentrated arc with less heat. ArcDrive for this set-up: ArcDrive 1.0 mm, gas M12 (79.S1.26499).
Can I use another ER318 wire?
The curves are tuned to Thermanit A-318 Si. Another wire may behave differently, so contact us and we will match a program to the wire you use.
