The program holds synergic curves for this one combination of wire, diameter and gas. You change wire feed speed or plate thickness and the machine sets voltage and arc shape itself. How does ArcDrive differ from PulseDrive?
ArcDrive welds with short and spray arc, without pulse. PulseDrive adds pulsed arc and double pulse, which helps on thin sheet and in position.
Can I use this program with a different wire?
The curves are tuned to Union X 77 IG CL. Another wire may behave differently, so contact us and we will match a program to the wire you use.
