This synergic ArcDrive program is set up for UTP AF ROBOTIC 603 wire, 1.6 mm diameter, with M21 shielding gas. It covers short arc and spray arc, in manual and synergic mode.
What it is for
Each program covers one combination: wire, diameter, gas. You enter wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. This is a surfacing program: you use it to apply a layer that protects a surface or restores its dimensions.

Can I add this program to my TERRA NX or URANOS NX?
Yes, as long as your machine is in the selection list above. ArcDrive has the widest machine list: it also covers TERRA NX 320/400 SMC SteelDrive and TERRA NX 400/500 MSE. When ordering, give the model and serial number of the machine the program is for. Installation, by our service or as a manufacturer update, is agreed after the order.
How does ArcDrive differ from PulseDrive?
ArcDrive welds with short and spray arc, without pulse. PulseDrive adds pulsed arc and double pulse, which helps on thin sheet and in position. The PulseDrive version of this program: PulseDrive 1.6 mm, gas M21 (79.P1.27199).
Can I use this program with a different wire?
The curves are tuned to UTP AF ROBOTIC 603. Another wire may behave differently, so contact us and we will match a program to the wire you use.
