What it is for
The program holds synergic curves for this one combination of wire, diameter and gas. You change wire feed speed or plate thickness and the machine sets voltage and arc shape itself. This is a surfacing program: you use it to apply a layer that protects a surface or restores its dimensions.

How does ArcDrive differ from PulseDrive?
ArcDrive welds with short and spray arc, without pulse. PulseDrive adds pulsed arc and double pulse, which helps on thin sheet and in position. The PulseDrive version of this program: PulseDrive 1.6 mm, gas M21 (79.P1.26399).
Can I use this program with a different wire?
The curves are tuned to UTP AF ROBOTIC 554. Another wire may behave differently, so contact us and we will match a program to the wire you use.
