What it is for
Each program covers one combination: wire, diameter, gas. You enter wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. This is a surfacing program: you use it to apply a layer that protects a surface or restores its dimensions. Pure argon is the standard shield for aluminium, copper and nickel alloys.

The price list gives no machine list for CladPulse, so we confirm compatibility before the order. Whether our service installs it or it comes as a manufacturer update is settled after the order.

Yes, if the wire belongs to the NiCr22 Mo9 Nb (ERNiCrMo3) class, which you can check on the spool label. If you weld with UTP A 6222 Mo, choose the program tuned to it: CladPulse UTP A 6222 Mo 1.2 mm, gas I1 (79.CP.12098).
