What it is for
A program is a set of synergic curves for one wire, one diameter and one gas: you set wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. The program is for surfacing, that is applying layers with properties different from the base metal. Pure argon is the standard shield for aluminium, copper and nickel alloys.
