T.MAP CladPulse is a Böhler Welding process for cladding with MIG/MAG. It is the process software: only with it can you run CladPulse programs. The price list credits the process with very low dilution and minimum penetration.
What it is for
The process is used to clad parts with stainless steel, nickel alloys and CrCo alloys. Low dilution means the deposit stays close to the wire composition. The price list also mentions ASME qualification and WPS for this process.

Fits
The selection guide in the price list does not assign the process to specific models. We confirm compatibility with your TERRA NX or URANOS NX before the order, based on model and serial number. The installation method (service visit or manufacturer update) is agreed after the order.

Will the process work on my machine?
The price list gives no machine list for T.MAP CladPulse. Send us the model and serial number before ordering and we will confirm compatibility before processing the order.
Do I need to buy CladPulse programs separately?
According to the price list, the four programs listed in the table are included with the process. Other wire, diameter and gas combinations are sold as separate CladPulse programs.
How does CladPulse cladding differ from normal pulse welding?
In cladding you want shallow penetration and low dilution so the layer keeps the wire composition. These are exactly the features the price list gives for CladPulse.
