PulseDrive program for BÖHLER EMK 6 wire, 0.8 mm, with M21 shielding gas. You get pulsed arc and double pulse, useful where the look of the weld face matters.
What it is for
Each program covers one combination: wire, diameter, gas. You enter wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. The program is meant for unalloyed and low-alloy steels, which covers most structural work. A 0.8 mm wire works well on thin sheet and in position welding.

Can I add this program to my TERRA NX or URANOS NX?
Yes, if your model is on the list above. Give the machine model and serial number with your order so we can confirm compatibility with its software. Whether our service installs it or it comes as a manufacturer update is settled after the order.
PulseDrive or QuickPulse?
QuickPulse is a T.MAP process: the price list credits it with faster welding, higher deposition rate, a more concentrated arc and less heat. It covers fewer machines, not URANOS NX 2700. QuickPulse for this set-up: QuickPulse 0.8 mm, gas M21 (79.QP.00799).
Can I use another ER70S-6 wire?
The curves are tuned to BÖHLER EMK 6. For other brands of the same class the price list offers the Universal ARC line, here: PulseDrive G3/4 Si1 (ER70S-6) 0.8 mm, gas M21 (79.P1.007).
