This synergic ArcDrive program is set up for BÖHLER EMK 6 wire, 0.8 mm diameter, with M21 shielding gas. This is classic MIG/MAG without pulse: short arc at lower currents and spray arc at higher ones.
What it is for
A program is a set of synergic curves for one wire, one diameter and one gas: you set wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. Typical work: steel structures, frames, tanks and machine parts in unalloyed and low-alloy steel. M21 is the most widely used mixture for structural steels.

Can I add this program to my TERRA NX or URANOS NX?
Yes, if your model is on the list above. You buy the program for one specific machine: give its model and serial number with your order. Installation (service visit or manufacturer update) is agreed after the order.
How does ArcDrive differ from PulseDrive?
ArcDrive welds with short and spray arc, without pulse. PulseDrive adds pulsed arc and double pulse, which helps on thin sheet and in position. The PulseDrive version of this program: PulseDrive 0.8 mm, gas M21 (79.P1.00799).
Can I use another ER70S-6 wire?
The curves are tuned to BÖHLER EMK 6. For other brands of the same class the price list offers the Universal ARC line, here: ArcDrive G3/4 Si1 (ER70S-6) 0.8 mm, gas M21 (79.S1.007).
