This PulseDrive program sets the machine up for pulsed arc welding with BÖHLER EMK 6 wire, 1.0 mm, with M21 shielding gas. You get pulsed arc and double pulse, useful where the look of the weld face matters.
What it is for
The program holds synergic curves for this one combination of wire, diameter and gas. You change wire feed speed or plate thickness and the machine sets voltage and arc shape itself. The program is meant for unalloyed and low-alloy steels, which covers most structural work. A 1.0 mm wire is a good choice for thin and medium sheet.
