This program runs the advanced T.MAP QuickPulse process for BÖHLER EMK 6 wire, 1.0 mm diameter, with M21 shielding gas. The Böhler Welding price list credits QuickPulse with faster welding, better penetration and a more stable arc.
What it is for
Each program covers one combination: wire, diameter, gas. You enter wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. Typical work: steel structures, frames, tanks and machine parts in unalloyed and low-alloy steel. A 1.0 mm wire is a good choice for thin and medium sheet. M21 is the most widely used mixture for structural steels.
