This PulseDrive pulse program is set up for BÖHLER Q G3 wire, 1.0 mm diameter, with M20 shielding gas. It provides pulsed arc and double pulse, which means less spatter and better pool control.
What it is for
The program holds synergic curves for this one combination of wire, diameter and gas. You change wire feed speed or plate thickness and the machine sets voltage and arc shape itself. Use it for unalloyed and low-alloy steels in the workshop and in production.

Yes, if your model is on the list above. Give the machine model and serial number with your order so we can confirm compatibility with its software. Whether our service installs it or it comes as a manufacturer update is settled after the order.
PulseDrive or QuickPulse?
QuickPulse is a T.MAP process: the price list credits it with faster welding, higher deposition rate, a more concentrated arc and less heat. It covers fewer machines, not URANOS NX 2700. QuickPulse for this set-up: QuickPulse 1.0 mm, gas M20 (79.QP.01397).
Can I use another ER70S-6 wire?
The curves are tuned to BÖHLER Q G3. For other brands of the same class the price list offers the Universal ARC line, here: PulseDrive G3/4 Si1 (ER70S-6) 1.0 mm, gas M20 (79.P1.013).
