This synergic ArcDrive program is set up for BÖHLER Q G3 wire, 1.0 mm diameter, with M20 shielding gas. This is classic MIG/MAG without pulse: short arc at lower currents and spray arc at higher ones.
What it is for
The program holds synergic curves for this one combination of wire, diameter and gas. You change wire feed speed or plate thickness and the machine sets voltage and arc shape itself. Typical work: steel structures, frames, tanks and machine parts in unalloyed and low-alloy steel.

Will this program work on my machine?
Yes, as long as your machine is in the selection list above. You buy the program for one specific machine: give its model and serial number with your order. Installation (service visit or manufacturer update) is agreed after the order.
Should I choose RapiDeep instead of ArcDrive?
If productivity matters to you, yes. RapiDeep is a T.MAP process: the price list credits it with faster welding, better penetration and less heat. The guide does not list it for TERRA NX 400/500 MSE or URANOS NX 2700. The same set-up in RapiDeep: RapiDeep 1.0 mm, gas M20 (79.RD.01397).
Can I use this program with a different gas?
No: the curves are made for M20. For C1 choose a separate program: ArcDrive 1.0 mm, gas C1 (79.S1.00397).
