This PulseDrive program sets the machine up for pulsed arc welding with CrNi 19 9 (ER308) class wires, 0.8 mm, with M12 shielding gas. Pulsed arc and double pulse make thin sheet and positional welds easier.
What it is for
Each program covers one combination: wire, diameter, gas. You enter wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. Use it on stainless steels, where a clean weld and little spatter count.

Yes, if your model is on the list above. When ordering, give the model and serial number of the machine the program is for. Installation, by our service or as a manufacturer update, is agreed after the order.
PulseDrive or QuickPulse?
QuickPulse is a T.MAP process: the price list credits it with faster welding, higher deposition rate, a more concentrated arc and less heat. It covers fewer machines, not URANOS NX 2700. QuickPulse for this set-up: QuickPulse 0.8 mm, gas M12 (79.QP.050).
Does it suit wire from any manufacturer?
Yes, if the wire belongs to the CrNi 19 9 (ER308) class, which you can check on the spool label. If you weld with Thermanit JE 308L Si, choose the program tuned to it: PulseDrive Thermanit JE 308L Si 0.8 mm, gas M12 (79.P1.05099).
