This PulseDrive pulse program is set up for CrNi 19 9 (ER308) class wires, 1.0 mm diameter, with M12 shielding gas. Pulsed arc and double pulse make thin sheet and positional welds easier.
What it is for
Each program covers one combination: wire, diameter, gas. You enter wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. The program is meant for stainless and acid-resistant steels. A 1.0 mm wire is a good choice for thin and medium sheet.

Does it suit wire from any manufacturer?
Yes, if the wire belongs to the CrNi 19 9 (ER308) class, which you can check on the spool label. If you weld with Thermanit JE 308L Si, choose the program tuned to it: PulseDrive Thermanit JE 308L Si 1.0 mm, gas M12 (79.P1.05199).
