This PulseDrive program sets the machine up for pulsed arc welding with CrNi 19 9 FCW (E308) class wires, 1.2 mm, with M21 shielding gas. Pulsed arc and double pulse make thin sheet and positional welds easier.
What it is for
The program holds synergic curves for this one combination of wire, diameter and gas. You change wire feed speed or plate thickness and the machine sets voltage and arc shape itself. The program is meant for stainless and acid-resistant steels. M21 is the most widely used mixture for structural steels.
