This PulseDrive pulse program is set up for diamondspark 1100 MC wire, 1.0 mm diameter, with M21 shielding gas. You get pulsed arc and double pulse, useful where the look of the weld face matters.
What it is for
The program holds synergic curves for this one combination of wire, diameter and gas. You change wire feed speed or plate thickness and the machine sets voltage and arc shape itself. Wires of this group are used on high-strength steels, for example in construction machinery, cranes and trailers. A 1.0 mm wire is a good choice for thin and medium sheet. M21 is the most widely used mixture for structural steels.
