PulseDrive program for diamondspark 1100 MC wire, 1.0 mm, with M20 shielding gas. Pulsed arc and double pulse make thin sheet and positional welds easier.
What it is for
Each program covers one combination: wire, diameter, gas. You enter wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. The program is meant for high-strength steels, where repeatable heat input and a stable arc matter. M20 contains less CO2 than M21, so the arc is calmer and produces less spatter.

FAQ
Will this program work on my machine?
Yes, as long as your machine is in the selection list above. TERRA NX 320/400 SMC SteelDrive and TERRA NX 400/500 MSE are not listed for PulseDrive in the selection guide. You buy the program for one specific machine: give its model and serial number with your order. Installation (service visit or manufacturer update) is agreed after the order.
PulseDrive or QuickPulse?
QuickPulse is a T.MAP process: the price list credits it with faster welding, higher deposition rate, a more concentrated arc and less heat. It covers fewer machines, not URANOS NX 2700. QuickPulse for this set-up: QuickPulse 1.0 mm, gas M20 (79.QP.19899).
Can I use this program with a different wire?
The curves are tuned to diamondspark 1100 MC. Another wire may behave differently, so contact us and we will match a program to the wire you use.
