This PulseDrive program sets the machine up for pulsed arc welding with diamondspark 900 MC wire, 1.2 mm, with M20 shielding gas. Pulsed arc and double pulse make thin sheet and positional welds easier.
What it is for
Each program covers one combination: wire, diameter, gas. You enter wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. The program is meant for high-strength steels, where repeatable heat input and a stable arc matter.

FAQ
Will this program work on my machine?
Yes, as long as your machine is in the selection list above. TERRA NX 320/400 SMC SteelDrive and TERRA NX 400/500 MSE are not listed for PulseDrive in the selection guide. You buy the program for one specific machine: give its model and serial number with your order. Installation (service visit or manufacturer update) is agreed after the order.
How does PulseDrive differ from ArcDrive?
ArcDrive means short and spray arc without pulse. PulseDrive gives pulsed arc and double pulse: less spatter and easier pool control. ArcDrive for this set-up: ArcDrive 1.2 mm, gas M20 (79.S1.18399).
Can I use another E120C-GH4 wire?
The curves are tuned to diamondspark 900 MC. Another wire may behave differently, so contact us and we will match a program to the wire you use.
