This PulseDrive pulse program is set up for FOXcore 316 T0 wire, 1.2 mm diameter, with M21 shielding gas. It provides pulsed arc and double pulse, which means less spatter and better pool control.
What it is for
Each program covers one combination: wire, diameter, gas. You enter wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. Use it on stainless steels, where a clean weld and little spatter count. M21 is the most widely used mixture for structural steels.

Can I use another E316LT0-4 wire?
The curves are tuned to FOXcore 316 T0. Another wire may behave differently, so contact us and we will match a program to the wire you use.
