This PulseDrive pulse program is set up for Thermanit ATS 4 wire, 1.2 mm diameter, with M12 shielding gas. Pulsed arc and double pulse make thin sheet and positional welds easier.
What it is for
Each program covers one combination: wire, diameter, gas. You enter wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. The program is meant for stainless and acid-resistant steels. The 1.2 mm diameter suits medium and thicker plate, typical in fabrication work. M12 is argon with a small CO2 addition, a typical gas for stainless steel.

FAQ
Will this program work on my machine?
Yes, as long as your machine is in the selection list above. TERRA NX 320/400 SMC SteelDrive and TERRA NX 400/500 MSE are not listed for PulseDrive in the selection guide. You buy the program for one specific machine: give its model and serial number with your order. Installation (service visit or manufacturer update) is agreed after the order.
How does PulseDrive differ from ArcDrive?
ArcDrive means short and spray arc without pulse. PulseDrive gives pulsed arc and double pulse: less spatter and easier pool control.
Can I use another ER19-10H wire?
The curves are tuned to Thermanit ATS 4. Another wire may behave differently, so contact us and we will match a program to the wire you use.
