This PulseDrive pulse program is set up for Thermanit JE 308L Si wire, 1.2 mm diameter, with M12 shielding gas. Pulsed arc and double pulse make thin sheet and positional welds easier.
What it is for
A program is a set of synergic curves for one wire, one diameter and one gas: you set wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. Use it on stainless steels, where a clean weld and little spatter count. M12 is argon with a small CO2 addition, a typical gas for stainless steel.

Will this program work on my machine?
Yes, as long as your machine is in the selection list above. You buy the program for one specific machine: give its model and serial number with your order. Installation (service visit or manufacturer update) is agreed after the order.
PulseDrive or QuickPulse?
QuickPulse is a T.MAP process: the price list credits it with faster welding, higher deposition rate, a more concentrated arc and less heat. It covers fewer machines, not URANOS NX 2700. QuickPulse for this set-up: QuickPulse 1.2 mm, gas M12 (79.QP.05299).
Can I use another ER308LSi wire?
The curves are tuned to Thermanit JE 308L Si. For other brands of the same class the price list offers the Universal ARC line, here: PulseDrive CrNi 19 9 (ER308) 1.2 mm, gas M12 (79.P1.052).
