This PulseDrive pulse program is set up for Thermanit GE 316L Si wire, 1.0 mm diameter, with M12 shielding gas. You get pulsed arc and double pulse, useful where the look of the weld face matters.
What it is for
The program holds synergic curves for this one combination of wire, diameter and gas. You change wire feed speed or plate thickness and the machine sets voltage and arc shape itself. Use it on stainless steels, where a clean weld and little spatter count. A 1.0 mm wire is a good choice for thin and medium sheet.

Will this program work on my machine?
Yes, if your model is on the list above. You buy the program for one specific machine: give its model and serial number with your order. Installation (service visit or manufacturer update) is agreed after the order.
PulseDrive or QuickPulse?
QuickPulse is a T.MAP process: the price list credits it with faster welding, higher deposition rate, a more concentrated arc and less heat. It covers fewer machines, not URANOS NX 2700. QuickPulse for this set-up: QuickPulse 1.0 mm, gas M12 (79.QP.05599).
Can I use another ER316LSi wire?
The curves are tuned to Thermanit GE 316L Si. For other brands of the same class the price list offers the Universal ARC line, here: PulseDrive CrNi 19 12 3 (ER316) 1.0 mm, gas M12 (79.P1.055).
