What it is for
The program holds synergic curves for this one combination of wire, diameter and gas. You change wire feed speed or plate thickness and the machine sets voltage and arc shape itself. Use it on stainless steels, where a clean weld and little spatter count.

Can I add this program to my TERRA NX or URANOS NX?
Yes, if your model is on the list above. QuickPulse is not listed for TERRA NX SMC SteelDrive, TERRA NX MSE or URANOS NX 2700. Give the machine model and serial number with your order so we can confirm compatibility with its software. Whether our service installs it or it comes as a manufacturer update is settled after the order.
How does QuickPulse differ from PulseDrive?
PulseDrive is synergic welding with pulsed arc and double pulse. QuickPulse is a T.MAP process: the price list credits it with faster welding, better penetration, a more stable arc and fewer defects. PulseDrive for this set-up: PulseDrive 1.2 mm, gas M12 (79.P1.05299).
Can I use another ER308LSi wire?
The curves are tuned to Thermanit JE 308L Si. For other brands of the same class the price list offers the Universal ARC line, here: QuickPulse CrNi 19 9 (ER308) 1.2 mm, gas M12 (79.QP.052).
