What it is for
A program is a set of synergic curves for one wire, one diameter and one gas: you set wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. The program is meant for unalloyed and low-alloy steels, which covers most structural work. The 0.6 mm diameter suits thin sheet and small, precise welds. M21 is the most widely used mixture for structural steels.
