This PulseDrive pulse program is set up for Union K 56 wire, 1.6 mm diameter, with M21 shielding gas. Pulsed arc and double pulse make thin sheet and positional welds easier.
What it is for
A program is a set of synergic curves for one wire, one diameter and one gas: you set wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. The program is meant for unalloyed and low-alloy steels, which covers most structural work. The 1.6 mm diameter is for thick parts where deposition per hour matters.

Will this program work on my machine?
Yes, as long as your machine is in the selection list above. When ordering, give the model and serial number of the machine the program is for. Installation, by our service or as a manufacturer update, is agreed after the order.
PulseDrive or QuickPulse?
QuickPulse is a T.MAP process: the price list credits it with faster welding, higher deposition rate, a more concentrated arc and less heat. It covers fewer machines, not URANOS NX 2700. QuickPulse for this set-up: QuickPulse 1.6 mm, gas M21 (79.QP.01094).
Can I use this program with a different gas?
No: the curves are made for M21. M21 is the most widely used mixture for structural steels. For M20 choose a separate program: PulseDrive 1.6 mm, gas M20 (79.P1.01594).
