This PulseDrive pulse program is set up for Union K 56 wire, 1.2 mm diameter, with M21 shielding gas. You get pulsed arc and double pulse, useful where the look of the weld face matters.
What it is for
Each program covers one combination: wire, diameter, gas. You enter wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. Typical work: steel structures, frames, tanks and machine parts in unalloyed and low-alloy steel. M21 is the most widely used mixture for structural steels.

Can I add this program to my TERRA NX or URANOS NX?
Yes, as long as your machine is in the selection list above. Give the machine model and serial number with your order so we can confirm compatibility with its software. Whether our service installs it or it comes as a manufacturer update is settled after the order.
PulseDrive or QuickPulse?
QuickPulse is a T.MAP process: the price list credits it with faster welding, higher deposition rate, a more concentrated arc and less heat. It covers fewer machines, not URANOS NX 2700. QuickPulse for this set-up: QuickPulse 1.2 mm, gas M21 (79.QP.00994).
Can I use another ER70S-6 wire?
The curves are tuned to Union K 56. For other brands of the same class the price list offers the Universal ARC line, here: PulseDrive G3/4 Si1 (ER70S-6) 1.2 mm, gas M21 (79.P1.009).
