PulseDrive program for Union NiMoCr CL wire, 1.0 mm, with M21 shielding gas. It provides pulsed arc and double pulse, which means less spatter and better pool control.
What it is for
The program holds synergic curves for this one combination of wire, diameter and gas. You change wire feed speed or plate thickness and the machine sets voltage and arc shape itself. Wires of this group are used on high-strength steels, for example in construction machinery, cranes and trailers. M21 is the most widely used mixture for structural steels.

Which machine can run this program?
Any machine on the list above. TERRA NX 320/400 SMC SteelDrive and TERRA NX 400/500 MSE are not listed for PulseDrive in the selection guide. Give the machine model and serial number with your order so we can confirm compatibility with its software. Whether our service installs it or it comes as a manufacturer update is settled after the order.
PulseDrive or QuickPulse?
QuickPulse is a T.MAP process: the price list credits it with faster welding, higher deposition rate, a more concentrated arc and less heat. It covers fewer machines, not URANOS NX 2700. QuickPulse for this set-up: QuickPulse 1.0 mm, gas M21 (79.QP.20898).
Can I use this program with a different wire?
The curves are tuned to Union NiMoCr CL. Another wire may behave differently, so contact us and we will match a program to the wire you use.
