This program runs the advanced T.MAP QuickPulse process for BÖHLER EMK 4 Ultra wire, 1.6 mm diameter, with M21 shielding gas. The manufacturer lists a more concentrated arc, less heat and fewer weld defects for QuickPulse.
What it is for
Each program covers one combination: wire, diameter, gas. You enter wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. Use it for unalloyed and low-alloy steels in the workshop and in production. M21 is the most widely used mixture for structural steels.

Can I add this program to my TERRA NX or URANOS NX?
Yes, if your model is on the list above. QuickPulse is not listed for TERRA NX SMC SteelDrive, TERRA NX MSE or URANOS NX 2700. Give the machine model and serial number with your order so we can confirm compatibility with its software. Whether our service installs it or it comes as a manufacturer update is settled after the order.
QuickPulse or RapiDeep?
The price list gives both T.MAP processes the same benefits. The machine list differs: RapiDeep also runs on TERRA NX 320/400 SMC SteelDrive, QuickPulse only on machines that run PulseDrive. RapiDeep for this set-up: RapiDeep 1.6 mm, gas M21 (79.RD.01092).
Can I use another ER70S-3 wire?
The curves are tuned to BÖHLER EMK 4 Ultra. Another wire may behave differently, so contact us and we will match a program to the wire you use.
