This program runs the advanced T.MAP QuickPulse process for BÖHLER EMK 8 wire, 0.8 mm diameter, with M20 shielding gas. The Böhler Welding price list credits QuickPulse with faster welding, better penetration and a more stable arc.
What it is for
Each program covers one combination: wire, diameter, gas. You enter wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. The program is meant for unalloyed and low-alloy steels, which covers most structural work.

Which machine can run this program?
Any machine on the list above. QuickPulse is not listed for TERRA NX SMC SteelDrive, TERRA NX MSE or URANOS NX 2700. When ordering, give the model and serial number of the machine the program is for. Installation, by our service or as a manufacturer update, is agreed after the order.
QuickPulse or RapiDeep?
The price list gives both T.MAP processes the same benefits. The machine list differs: RapiDeep also runs on TERRA NX 320/400 SMC SteelDrive, QuickPulse only on machines that run PulseDrive. RapiDeep for this set-up: RapiDeep 0.8 mm, gas M20 (79.RD.23599).
Can I use another ER70S-6 wire?
The curves are tuned to BÖHLER EMK 8. For other brands of the same class the price list offers the Universal ARC line, here: QuickPulse G3/4 Si1 (ER70S-6) 0.8 mm, gas M20 (79.QP.012).
