This program runs the advanced T.MAP QuickPulse process for diamondspark 900 MC wire, 1.0 mm diameter, with M21 shielding gas. According to the price list, QuickPulse raises deposition rate with less heat input.
What it is for
Each program covers one combination: wire, diameter, gas. You enter wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. The program is meant for high-strength steels, where repeatable heat input and a stable arc matter.

FAQ
Can I add this program to my TERRA NX or URANOS NX?
Yes, as long as your machine is in the selection list above. QuickPulse is not listed for TERRA NX SMC SteelDrive, TERRA NX MSE or URANOS NX 2700. Give the machine model and serial number with your order so we can confirm compatibility with its software. Whether our service installs it or it comes as a manufacturer update is settled after the order.
QuickPulse or RapiDeep?
The price list gives both T.MAP processes the same benefits. The machine list differs: RapiDeep also runs on TERRA NX 320/400 SMC SteelDrive, QuickPulse only on machines that run PulseDrive. RapiDeep for this set-up: RapiDeep 1.0 mm, gas M21 (79.RD.17899).
Can I use this program with a different gas?
No: the curves are made for M21. M21 is the most widely used mixture for structural steels. For M20 choose a separate program: QuickPulse 1.0 mm, gas M20 (79.QP.18299).
