This QuickPulse program runs the T.MAP process for diamondspark 960 MC wire, 1.2 mm, with M21 shielding gas. According to the price list, QuickPulse raises deposition rate with less heat input.
What it is for
Each program covers one combination: wire, diameter, gas. You enter wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. Wires of this group are used on high-strength steels, for example in construction machinery, cranes and trailers. M21 is the most widely used mixture for structural steels.

Which machine can run this program?
Any machine on the list above. QuickPulse is not listed for TERRA NX SMC SteelDrive, TERRA NX MSE or URANOS NX 2700. You buy the program for one specific machine: give its model and serial number with your order. Installation (service visit or manufacturer update) is agreed after the order.
QuickPulse or RapiDeep?
The price list gives both T.MAP processes the same benefits. The machine list differs: RapiDeep also runs on TERRA NX 320/400 SMC SteelDrive, QuickPulse only on machines that run PulseDrive. RapiDeep for this set-up: RapiDeep 1.2 mm, gas M21 (79.RD.18799).
Can I use this program with a different wire?
The curves are tuned to diamondspark 960 MC. Another wire may behave differently, so contact us and we will match a program to the wire you use.
