This program runs the advanced T.MAP QuickPulse process for G3/4 Si1 (ER70S-6) class wires, 1.0 mm diameter, with M21 shielding gas. The manufacturer lists a more concentrated arc, less heat and fewer weld defects for QuickPulse.
What it is for
The program holds synergic curves for this one combination of wire, diameter and gas. You change wire feed speed or plate thickness and the machine sets voltage and arc shape itself. Typical work: steel structures, frames, tanks and machine parts in unalloyed and low-alloy steel. A 1.0 mm wire is a good choice for thin and medium sheet.

Will this program work on my machine?
Yes, as long as your machine is in the selection list above. You buy the program for one specific machine: give its model and serial number with your order. Installation (service visit or manufacturer update) is agreed after the order.
QuickPulse or RapiDeep?
The price list gives both T.MAP processes the same benefits. The machine list differs: RapiDeep also runs on TERRA NX 320/400 SMC SteelDrive, QuickPulse only on machines that run PulseDrive. RapiDeep for this set-up: RapiDeep 1.0 mm, gas M21 (79.RD.008).
Does it suit wire from any manufacturer?
Yes, if the wire belongs to the G3/4 Si1 (ER70S-6) class, which you can check on the spool label. If you weld with Union K 52, choose the program tuned to it: QuickPulse Union K 52 1.0 mm, gas M21 (79.QP.00895).
