What it is for
The program holds synergic curves for this one combination of wire, diameter and gas. You change wire feed speed or plate thickness and the machine sets voltage and arc shape itself. The program is meant for stainless and acid-resistant steels. M12 is argon with a small CO2 addition, a typical gas for stainless steel.

Can I add this program to my TERRA NX or URANOS NX?
Yes, if your model is on the list above. You buy the program for one specific machine: give its model and serial number with your order. Installation (service visit or manufacturer update) is agreed after the order.
How does QuickPulse differ from PulseDrive?
PulseDrive is synergic welding with pulsed arc and double pulse. QuickPulse is a T.MAP process: the price list credits it with faster welding, better penetration, a more stable arc and fewer defects. PulseDrive for this set-up: PulseDrive 1.2 mm, gas M12 (79.P1.05699).
Can I use another ER316LSi wire?
The curves are tuned to Thermanit GE 316L Si. The Universal ARC line has programs for the CrNi 19 12 3 (ER316) class, but not in this combination of family, diameter and gas. Ask us before ordering.
