This program runs the advanced T.MAP QuickPulse process for Union K 52 wire, 1.6 mm diameter, with M20 shielding gas. The manufacturer lists a more concentrated arc, less heat and fewer weld defects for QuickPulse.
What it is for
Each program covers one combination: wire, diameter, gas. You enter wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. Use it for unalloyed and low-alloy steels in the workshop and in production.

FAQ
Will this program work on my machine?
Yes, as long as your machine is in the selection list above. QuickPulse is not listed for TERRA NX SMC SteelDrive, TERRA NX MSE or URANOS NX 2700. Give the machine model and serial number with your order so we can confirm compatibility with its software. Whether our service installs it or it comes as a manufacturer update is settled after the order.
QuickPulse or RapiDeep?
The price list gives both T.MAP processes the same benefits. The machine list differs: RapiDeep also runs on TERRA NX 320/400 SMC SteelDrive, QuickPulse only on machines that run PulseDrive. RapiDeep for this set-up: RapiDeep 1.6 mm, gas M20 (79.RD.01595).
Can I use another ER70S-6 wire?
The curves are tuned to Union K 52. For other brands of the same class the price list offers the Universal ARC line, here: QuickPulse G3/4 Si1 (ER70S-6) 1.6 mm, gas M20 (79.QP.015).
