This QuickPulse program runs the T.MAP process for Union K 56 wire, 0.8 mm, with M21 shielding gas. According to the price list, QuickPulse raises deposition rate with less heat input.
What it is for
The program holds synergic curves for this one combination of wire, diameter and gas. You change wire feed speed or plate thickness and the machine sets voltage and arc shape itself. Typical work: steel structures, frames, tanks and machine parts in unalloyed and low-alloy steel. A 0.8 mm wire works well on thin sheet and in position welding. M21 is the most widely used mixture for structural steels.

Will this program work on my machine?
Yes, if your model is on the list above. When ordering, give the model and serial number of the machine the program is for. Installation, by our service or as a manufacturer update, is agreed after the order.
QuickPulse or RapiDeep?
The price list gives both T.MAP processes the same benefits. The machine list differs: RapiDeep also runs on TERRA NX 320/400 SMC SteelDrive, QuickPulse only on machines that run PulseDrive. RapiDeep for this set-up: RapiDeep 0.8 mm, gas M21 (79.RD.00794).
Can I use another ER70S-6 wire?
