This program runs the advanced T.MAP QuickPulse process for Union K 56 wire, 1.0 mm diameter, with M20 shielding gas. The manufacturer lists a more concentrated arc, less heat and fewer weld defects for QuickPulse.
What it is for
Each program covers one combination: wire, diameter, gas. You enter wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. Use it for unalloyed and low-alloy steels in the workshop and in production. A 1.0 mm wire is a good choice for thin and medium sheet.

Which machine can run this program?
Any machine on the list above. QuickPulse is not listed for TERRA NX SMC SteelDrive, TERRA NX MSE or URANOS NX 2700. You buy the program for one specific machine: give its model and serial number with your order. Installation (service visit or manufacturer update) is agreed after the order.
How does QuickPulse differ from PulseDrive?
PulseDrive is synergic welding with pulsed arc and double pulse. QuickPulse is a T.MAP process: the price list credits it with faster welding, better penetration, a more stable arc and fewer defects. PulseDrive for this set-up: PulseDrive 1.0 mm, gas M20 (79.P1.01394).
Can I use another ER70S-6 wire?
The curves are tuned to Union K 56. For other brands of the same class the price list offers the Universal ARC line, here: QuickPulse G3/4 Si1 (ER70S-6) 1.0 mm, gas M20 (79.QP.013).
