What it is for
A program is a set of synergic curves for one wire, one diameter and one gas: you set wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. The program is meant for unalloyed and low-alloy steels, which covers most structural work.

Can I add this program to my TERRA NX or URANOS NX?
Yes, as long as your machine is in the selection list above. QuickPulse is not listed for TERRA NX SMC SteelDrive, TERRA NX MSE or URANOS NX 2700. Give the machine model and serial number with your order so we can confirm compatibility with its software. Whether our service installs it or it comes as a manufacturer update is settled after the order.
How does QuickPulse differ from PulseDrive?
PulseDrive is synergic welding with pulsed arc and double pulse. QuickPulse is a T.MAP process: the price list credits it with faster welding, better penetration, a more stable arc and fewer defects. PulseDrive for this set-up: PulseDrive 1.2 mm, gas M21 (79.P1.00994).
Can I use another ER70S-6 wire?
The curves are tuned to Union K 56. For other brands of the same class the price list offers the Universal ARC line, here: QuickPulse G3/4 Si1 (ER70S-6) 1.2 mm, gas M21 (79.QP.009).
