This program runs the advanced T.MAP QuickPulse process for Union X 96 wire, 1.0 mm diameter, with M20 shielding gas. According to the price list, QuickPulse raises deposition rate with less heat input.
What it is for
Each program covers one combination: wire, diameter, gas. You enter wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. Wires of this group are used on high-strength steels, for example in construction machinery, cranes and trailers. A 1.0 mm wire is a good choice for thin and medium sheet.

Which machine can run this program?
Any machine on the list above. QuickPulse is not listed for TERRA NX SMC SteelDrive, TERRA NX MSE or URANOS NX 2700. When ordering, give the model and serial number of the machine the program is for. Installation, by our service or as a manufacturer update, is agreed after the order.
How does QuickPulse differ from PulseDrive?
PulseDrive is synergic welding with pulsed arc and double pulse. QuickPulse is a T.MAP process: the price list credits it with faster welding, better penetration, a more stable arc and fewer defects. PulseDrive for this set-up: PulseDrive 1.0 mm, gas M20 (79.P1.25299).
Can I use another ER120S-G wire?
The curves are tuned to Union X 96. Another wire may behave differently, so contact us and we will match a program to the wire you use.
