This RapiDeep program runs the T.MAP process for BÖHLER EMK 4 Ultra wire, 0.8 mm, with M21 shielding gas. According to the price list, RapiDeep raises deposition rate and penetration with less heat input.
What it is for
Each program covers one combination: wire, diameter, gas. You enter wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. Use it for unalloyed and low-alloy steels in the workshop and in production. A 0.8 mm wire works well on thin sheet and in position welding. M21 is the most widely used mixture for structural steels.

Will this program work on my machine?
Yes, as long as your machine is in the selection list above. When ordering, give the model and serial number of the machine the program is for. Installation, by our service or as a manufacturer update, is agreed after the order.
RapiDeep or QuickPulse?
The price list gives both T.MAP processes the same benefits. QuickPulse is listed only for machines that also run PulseDrive, while RapiDeep also runs on TERRA NX 320/400 SMC SteelDrive. QuickPulse for this set-up: QuickPulse 0.8 mm, gas M21 (79.QP.00792).
Can I use another ER70S-3 wire?
The curves are tuned to BÖHLER EMK 4 Ultra. Another wire may behave differently, so contact us and we will match a program to the wire you use.
