This program runs the advanced T.MAP RapiDeep process for BÖHLER EMK 6 wire, 0.8 mm diameter, with M21 shielding gas. The manufacturer lists a more stable arc, less heat and fewer weld defects for RapiDeep.
What it is for
The program holds synergic curves for this one combination of wire, diameter and gas. You change wire feed speed or plate thickness and the machine sets voltage and arc shape itself. Typical work: steel structures, frames, tanks and machine parts in unalloyed and low-alloy steel. A 0.8 mm wire works well on thin sheet and in position welding.

How does RapiDeep differ from ArcDrive?
ArcDrive is standard synergic welding with short and spray arc. RapiDeep is a T.MAP process: per the price list faster welding, better penetration and a more concentrated arc with less heat. ArcDrive for this set-up: ArcDrive 0.8 mm, gas M21 (79.S1.00799).
Can I use this program with a different gas?
No: the curves are made for M21. For M20 choose a separate program: RapiDeep 0.8 mm, gas M20 (79.RD.01299).
