What it is for
The program holds synergic curves for this one combination of wire, diameter and gas. You change wire feed speed or plate thickness and the machine sets voltage and arc shape itself. The program is meant for unalloyed and low-alloy steels, which covers most structural work. M21 is the most widely used mixture for structural steels.

Yes, as long as your machine is in the selection list above. Give the machine model and serial number with your order so we can confirm compatibility with its software. Whether our service installs it or it comes as a manufacturer update is settled after the order.
How does RapiDeep differ from ArcDrive?
ArcDrive is standard synergic welding with short and spray arc. RapiDeep is a T.MAP process: per the price list faster welding, better penetration and a more concentrated arc with less heat. ArcDrive for this set-up: ArcDrive 0.8 mm, gas M21 (79.S1.23197).
Can I use this program with a different gas?
No: the curves are made for M21. For M20 choose a separate program: RapiDeep 0.8 mm, gas M20 (79.RD.23597).
