This program runs the advanced T.MAP RapiDeep process for BÖHLER EMK 7 Ultra wire, 0.8 mm diameter, with M20 shielding gas. The manufacturer lists a more stable arc, less heat and fewer weld defects for RapiDeep.
What it is for
A program is a set of synergic curves for one wire, one diameter and one gas: you set wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. The program is meant for unalloyed and low-alloy steels, which covers most structural work. A 0.8 mm wire works well on thin sheet and in position welding.
