This RapiDeep program runs the T.MAP process for BÖHLER EMK 8 wire, 1.0 mm, with M21 shielding gas. The manufacturer lists a more stable arc, less heat and fewer weld defects for RapiDeep.
What it is for
Each program covers one combination: wire, diameter, gas. You enter wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. Typical work: steel structures, frames, tanks and machine parts in unalloyed and low-alloy steel. A 1.0 mm wire is a good choice for thin and medium sheet. M21 is the most widely used mixture for structural steels.

Can I use another ER70S-6 wire?
