What it is for
The program holds synergic curves for this one combination of wire, diameter and gas. You change wire feed speed or plate thickness and the machine sets voltage and arc shape itself. The program is meant for high-strength steels, where repeatable heat input and a stable arc matter.

Can I add this program to my TERRA NX or URANOS NX?
Yes, as long as your machine is in the selection list above. TERRA NX 400/500 MSE and URANOS NX 2700 PMC and MTE are not listed for RapiDeep. You buy the program for one specific machine: give its model and serial number with your order. Installation (service visit or manufacturer update) is agreed after the order.
How does RapiDeep differ from ArcDrive?
ArcDrive is standard synergic welding with short and spray arc. RapiDeep is a T.MAP process: per the price list faster welding, better penetration and a more concentrated arc with less heat. ArcDrive for this set-up: ArcDrive 1.2 mm, gas M20 (79.S1.19999).
Can I use this program with a different wire?
The curves are tuned to diamondspark 1100 MC. Another wire may behave differently, so contact us and we will match a program to the wire you use.
