This ArcDrive program sets up the machine to weld with diamondspark 1100 MC wire, 1.2 mm, with M20 shielding gas. This is classic MIG/MAG without pulse: short arc at lower currents and spray arc at higher ones.
What it is for
Each program covers one combination: wire, diameter, gas. You enter wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. The program is meant for high-strength steels, where repeatable heat input and a stable arc matter.

Can I add this program to my TERRA NX or URANOS NX?
Yes, if your model is on the list above. When ordering, give the model and serial number of the machine the program is for. Installation, by our service or as a manufacturer update, is agreed after the order.
Should I choose RapiDeep instead of ArcDrive?
If productivity matters to you, yes. RapiDeep is a T.MAP process: the price list credits it with faster welding, better penetration and less heat. The guide does not list it for TERRA NX 400/500 MSE or URANOS NX 2700. The same set-up in RapiDeep: RapiDeep 1.2 mm, gas M20 (79.RD.19999).
Can I use this program with a different wire?
The curves are tuned to diamondspark 1100 MC. Another wire may behave differently, so contact us and we will match a program to the wire you use.
