This program runs the advanced T.MAP RapiDeep process for diamondspark 700 MC wire, 1.0 mm diameter, with M21 shielding gas. The Böhler Welding price list credits RapiDeep with faster welding, better penetration and a more concentrated arc.
What it is for
Each program covers one combination: wire, diameter, gas. You enter wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. The program is meant for high-strength steels, where repeatable heat input and a stable arc matter. A 1.0 mm wire is a good choice for thin and medium sheet.

Yes, as long as your machine is in the selection list above. Give the machine model and serial number with your order so we can confirm compatibility with its software. Whether our service installs it or it comes as a manufacturer update is settled after the order.
How does RapiDeep differ from ArcDrive?
ArcDrive is standard synergic welding with short and spray arc. RapiDeep is a T.MAP process: per the price list faster welding, better penetration and a more concentrated arc with less heat. ArcDrive for this set-up: ArcDrive 1.0 mm, gas M21 (79.S1.17099).
Can I use another E110C-K4H4 wire?
The curves are tuned to diamondspark 700 MC. Another wire may behave differently, so contact us and we will match a program to the wire you use.
