What it is for
A program is a set of synergic curves for one wire, one diameter and one gas: you set wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. Wires of this group are used on high-strength steels, for example in construction machinery, cranes and trailers. A 1.0 mm wire is a good choice for thin and medium sheet.

Which machine can run this program?
Any machine on the list above. TERRA NX 400/500 MSE and URANOS NX 2700 PMC and MTE are not listed for RapiDeep. You buy the program for one specific machine: give its model and serial number with your order. Installation (service visit or manufacturer update) is agreed after the order.
How does RapiDeep differ from ArcDrive?
ArcDrive is standard synergic welding with short and spray arc. RapiDeep is a T.MAP process: per the price list faster welding, better penetration and a more concentrated arc with less heat. ArcDrive for this set-up: ArcDrive 1.0 mm, gas M20 (79.S1.17499).
Can I use this program with a different gas?
No: the curves are made for M20. For M21 choose a separate program: RapiDeep 1.0 mm, gas M21 (79.RD.17099).
