What it is for
A program is a set of synergic curves for one wire, one diameter and one gas: you set wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. The program is meant for unalloyed and low-alloy steels, which covers most structural work.

Will this program work on my machine?
Yes, as long as your machine is in the selection list above. TERRA NX 400/500 MSE and URANOS NX 2700 PMC and MTE are not listed for RapiDeep. When ordering, give the model and serial number of the machine the program is for. Installation, by our service or as a manufacturer update, is agreed after the order.
How does RapiDeep differ from ArcDrive?
ArcDrive is standard synergic welding with short and spray arc. RapiDeep is a T.MAP process: per the price list faster welding, better penetration and a more concentrated arc with less heat. ArcDrive for this set-up: ArcDrive 0.8 mm, gas M20 (79.S1.01295).
Can I use another ER70S-6 wire?
The curves are tuned to Union K 52. For other brands of the same class the price list offers the Universal ARC line, here: RapiDeep G3/4 Si1 (ER70S-6) 0.8 mm, gas M20 (79.RD.012).
