This RapiDeep program runs the T.MAP process for Union K 52 wire, 1.0 mm, with M21 shielding gas. According to the price list, RapiDeep raises deposition rate and penetration with less heat input.
What it is for
A program is a set of synergic curves for one wire, one diameter and one gas: you set wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. Use it for unalloyed and low-alloy steels in the workshop and in production. A 1.0 mm wire is a good choice for thin and medium sheet.

FAQ
Will this program work on my machine?
Yes, if your model is on the list above. TERRA NX 400/500 MSE and URANOS NX 2700 PMC and MTE are not listed for RapiDeep. You buy the program for one specific machine: give its model and serial number with your order. Installation (service visit or manufacturer update) is agreed after the order.
RapiDeep or QuickPulse?
The price list gives both T.MAP processes the same benefits. QuickPulse is listed only for machines that also run PulseDrive, while RapiDeep also runs on TERRA NX 320/400 SMC SteelDrive. QuickPulse for this set-up: QuickPulse 1.0 mm, gas M21 (79.QP.00895).
Can I use this program with a different gas?
No: the curves are made for M21. For M20 choose a separate program: RapiDeep 1.0 mm, gas M20 (79.RD.01395).
